Stitching? No problem.

New Era's embroidery department uses modern Tajima Tubular Embroidery machines running 29 total heads. This includes a stand alone 1-head system for personalization, numbers and samples. We are capable of reproducing up to 15 colours per design and all machines are capable of decorating standard garments as well as caps on the back, both sides and a full 180 degrees on the front.

Production

While our average production is 1000 units per week, at peak times we can nearly double that output. We use only Madeira Polyester thread which exceeds industry standards. This guarantees colourfast, flame-retardant and extremely durable decoration on all goods.

We are able to produce designs up to 15" wide, or as small as a dress shirt collar-tip. We produce our own appliqué designs and cut all material in-house for these specialty applications.

Finishing

All goods can be individually poly-bagged for easy distribution and we can complete all finishing details including UPC coding, product and price hangtags.
