New Era Grafix has been specializing in superior in-house screen printing since our company opened its doors in 1991. Screen printing, once known as silk screening, is an art form that has been used for hundreds of years. Today, more modern materials and cost-effective techniques allow designs to be printed quickly and accurately.
The process begins with an idea, a corporate logo, original piece of art or even just a drawing on a scrap of paper. The design is transferred to a film that allows ink to be forced through a screen, and printed on a garment or product, one colour at a time. When the printing is complete, heat is used to cure the finished product. The result is a durable, vivid design that works on more than just clothing and apparel. It is the printing method of choice on many other promotional goods.
We can print up to 10 colours and provide four-colour process design. In-house screen printing allows New Era to provide a high level of quality assurance.
Pricing
Pricing for screen printing depends on factors such as quantity, number of colours used, and the type of fabric or material that is being printed. Setup times are the same for six items or for 600, so keep in mind that a larger order will save you money. Our staff will be happy to explain all your options and give you a personalized quote to meet your budget.
